Are NewMRKT products made to order?
Our current print-on-demand products are produced after you order. Check the product page for the details of your chosen item.
How do I choose my size?
Use our T-shirt size guide and the chart on the product page and compare its garment measurements with a T-shirt you already like. Different products can use different fits and measurements.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.
How long will delivery take?
Made-to-order products need production time before dispatch. Delivery depends on your destination, the item and the fulfilment partner. Check the options shown at checkout; contact us if you need help before ordering.
Will I receive tracking?
You'll receive tracking information when your order has been produced and dispatched, where tracking is available.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Items produced by different fulfilment partners or facilities may be dispatched separately.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact NewMRKT with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Keep the packaging while we review your enquiry.
Can I return the wrong size?
Return eligibility depends on your location and the type of product. Contact us before sending anything back. Do not use the address printed on the shipping package without return instructions.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Made-to-order production may begin quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Do you ship to the UK and USA?
The UK and USA are our primary markets. Select your delivery country using the region selector and check the available delivery options at checkout.
Are the same graphic T-shirts available in larger sizes?
Rewind and Goose Bump list sizes S–3XL, while Built on the Rock lists S–5XL. Current size and colour options are shown on each product page. Compare the product’s measurements using our size guide.
