T-Shirt Size Guide: Measurements & Fit
Fit starts with measurements, not just the letter on the label. Each product can use a different garment and size chart.
Find your everyday fit
- Lay a T-shirt you like flat.
- Measure across the chest, from armpit to armpit, and from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
- Compare those measurements with the size guide on the product page. Check whether the chart shows flat width, half chest or full chest circumference.
- For a roomier fit, compare with a looser garment rather than assuming all sizes run the same.
The Built on the Rock T-shirt has its own garment measurements in centimetres and inches on the product page. Other products may use different measurements.
Are all NewMRKT T-shirts the same fit?
No. NewMRKT uses product-specific garments and charts. Rewind is an oversized 240 gsm cotton tee; Goose Bump is a regular-loose 220 gsm cotton-rich tee; Built on the Rock uses a classic unisex fit. The same size letter can have different measurements across these products.
How do I check T-shirt width and length?
Measure a garment laid flat, without stretching it. Width is measured across the body; length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Read the labels on the individual chart: flat width is not the same measurement as full chest circumference. Compare like with like, using the same units.
Are the same designs available in larger sizes?
Rewind and Goose Bump list sizes S–3XL; Built on the Rock lists S–5XL. Check the size and colour selectors on the product page for current options and availability. Use that product’s chart rather than sizing up from another design.
