Two sides of the same design
The Clean Mind long sleeve tee has a red toothbrush and pink cartoon character on the front. The back carries black “Clean mind” lettering, pink doodles and “Happier Days” notes in an illustrated layout. If the back artwork is what attracts you, spend time with that image as well as the main front view.
Both printed areas matter when you decide what to wear over the tee. Check the back layout in the gallery as well as the front, and locate both graphics before following the ironing instructions.
Check the long-sleeve measurements
The size range runs from XS to XL. The chart below reproduces the centimetre values on the listing so you can compare the size you are considering with a long sleeve top you already wear.

Plan the outer layer around the shoulders
Start with a jacket or overshirt you own and check whether you like it over a loose long sleeve top. Clean Mind’s dropped shoulders and wide silhouette are part of its shape. If your outer layer is much narrower, compare the two garments before buying rather than assume a matching size label means matching room.

Use fabric weight as one detail
The listing states 305 gsm cotton. It does not give a tested temperature rating, so use your own layering preferences and the actual garment shape when deciding where it fits in your wardrobe. The fit comparison is useful if you are choosing between a loose silhouette and a different cut.
Look after both prints
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, do not bleach or dry clean, and tumble dry low. Use a low-temperature iron and avoid both printed areas. Keep these instructions with the garment rather than copying the care rule from another white tee.
